Reconstruction at Romford. Backdrop cracks have been patched and repaired, and the backdrop has been reprimered and is in the staged of being repainted sky blue. Distant hills will be painted on the backdrop in the deepest areas before the track and scenery is installed in front. The trackwork is being assembled off location so that backdrop and location preparation may continue.
