Progress slowly continues on the new helix. On the third level, two tracks from Coniston to the far end of Wanapitei and Happy Valley wrap around the outside of the helix for a single turn. (Since helices and turnaround loops take up a fair bit of space, we try to fit more than one into the same location so that they can share some of that space.) Thus, a train heading east from Sudbury will pass around this helix twice: departing Coniston it runs on the long hidden ramp which turns around the outside of the helix to Wanapitei and then from Wanapitei to Stinson it runs up the actual helix. You can see the track coming into the bottom of the helix from Wanapitei in this image, below the ramp bringing in the other two traps to turn around the outside. See map levels 1 and 2 on our track diagram for reference.
