The original station which still stood at McKerrow in the 1970s has been demolished, and replaced by a small pre-fab maintenance cabin for section crews. The siding is to the left of the main track, and branching off from the main behind the structure is the beginning of the Little Current subdivision. The small storage yard in the background mainly supports the paper mill in Espanola, a mile to the south on the Little Current sub. (today the mill is owned by Domtar; in the 1970s it was E.B. Eddy)
